Steps
Step 1
Reach Out & Get on Calendar
After you reach out through my contact form, I will respond within 24-48 hours. You should have the date of your big day along with the package you have chosen in the response. Once I figure out if your date is opened on my calendar I will respond letting you know. I require a down payment of 50% of the package you chose within 2 months of sending me your inquiry. If not fulfilled after 2 months anyone can take your date. If you have any questions along with the package you chose or the downpayment, I would love to hop on a call to talk through anything!
STEP 2
Lets Start Preparing
As soon as we come to an understanding, I will send over a Wedding Contract with the package you decided, how much you owe and all the information you need to know. You will fill out all your personal information that is needed and have both the soon to be bride and groom sign at the end. Don’t forget, you get a complimentary engagement session right after the contract is signed! Let’s pick out a date for that so we can get those wonderful Save The Dates out to all your guests!
STEP 3
Getting Closer / It's Time!
Before you know it, your wedding day will be here! Lets grab dinner or a drink and get the show on the road! About 2-3 months out from your wedding, I would love to meet with you guys and fill out my questionnaire together so we can make this big day go smoothly and amazing. My number 1 goal is to make this day as relaxed and as easy going as possible for you!
Next thing you know its your big day! I will be there for you both from the beginning and will stay in touch to make sure everything is on the right track. If you both need ANYTHING throughout the big day, please yell for me and I'll be there.
STEP 3
Delivery Time!
A fully edited gallery will be delivered to you within 2 month of your wedding day. BUT as a little thank you, only 1 week after your wedding I will send some sneak peaks because I just cant contain my excitement!
If you haven't paid full yet, the other 50% of your payments needs to be paid before I delivery your gallery to you.
FAQ
What is your photography style?
My wedding photography style is a unique blend of traditional, editorial, candid, photojournalism, landscape bright & airy and fine art. Weddings are incredibly complex events, rich with emotion. You have to be able to bend your style to meet the needs of the moment. I aim to tell the story of the day, but emotional moments call for a different skillset than documenting people doing the worm at midnight.
Do you provide a second photographer or assistant?
Yes, if you require one. I have a close knit group of friends I go to for being my second photographer. I trust them and consider them on the same level as me, so when you see the final gallery you won’t be able to tell who took the photographs. That way you get a seamless product, and a much better set of pictures.
Do you charge for travel expenses?
Yes, travel fees will be added for loctions more than 35 miles from zip cokd 16034.
Do you offer videography services or can you recommend a videographer?
My specialty is stills, but I do have wedding videographers that I can recommend. If interested, I will send their contact information to you.
Will you be the primary photographer at our wedding?
Yes, it will always be me. Even if you pick a package that includes 2 photographers.
How long will it take to receive our edited wedding photos?
Typically 6-8 weeks after the wedding.
Do I have to order prints through you?
No! I hate to have to charge extra so when I send over the photos from your engagement session I will also send over my print release. That can be used if you have any printing problems to show you have permission.
We’re eloping, or having a small backyard/city hall wedding and only need a photographer for a couple of hours. Do you do that?
I adore shooting small weddings/elopements and I’m always happy to provide partial day coverage. Please reach out to discuss your plans and we can figure out how much coverage is right for you.
